(1) Vendor needs to provide chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detection services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Enhance its chemical detection capabilities through the procurement of modern, portable detection systems and associated sustainment components. • Acquire portable COTS detection systems • Replace legacy systems with mobile platforms • Provide operator training • Implement readiness management software • Enforce contractual replenishment delivery schedules. • Portable chemical, biological, and radiological detection systems • Continuous or near–continuous monitoring capability. • Handheld and area monitoring configurations. • Consumables, accessories, and maintenance equipment. • Training and readiness platform support for five–year sustainment. • Cloud–based readiness management platform with a service term coterminous. • Cloud–based personnel and training records management supporting up to 500 users. • Advanced configuration, data setup, and user orientation.
