(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership training services to the government authority located in Utah.– Provide practical leadership training that promotes ownership, accountability, initiative, and proactive leadership while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.– Training must develop current leaders and create a sustainable internal capability to grow future leaders.– Building a stronger leadership bench with clear succession pathways.– Increasing proactive leadership and ownership at all levels.– Address challenges such as inexperienced supervisors leading more tenured staff and reinforcing the need for a leadership model that is both practical and transformational.– Training must be designed for up to 100 leaders.– Develop stronger relationships with those they lead and influence.– Create a clear, actionable plan to grow to the next level.– Provide refresher modules, leadership evaluation tools, and a digital dashboard to track staff progression through the levels overtime.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
