(1) Vendor needs to provide digital media, animation and graphic design instructor services. – Provide digital media (animation and graphic design) instructor to teach high school classes to students for school year 2026– 2027.– Provide instructional support and direct teaching in graphic design and animation classes for high school students.– Instruction will focus on developing foundational to advanced graphic design and animation skills through hands–on projects; industry–standard software, and real–world applications.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
