EXTRA-76683 - USA (Saint Paul, Minnesota) - Life Safety Assessment Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide life safety assessment services to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.– Contractor will be required to travel to perform surveys and inspections. The Contractor is responsible for all travel expenses for all employees. This includes all travel the Contractor deems necessary before and after the date of the surveys and inspections, as well as the actual date of surveys and inspections– Contractor shall submit a schedule of work and timeframe for completion upon award in accordance with the order of priority.– Assign proper occupancy based on use and construction.– Update life safety drawings upon completion of newly completed construction areas to ensure that life safety drawings are current and accurate.– Perform onsite investigation to evaluate life safety or code related subject matter. Contractor shall provide appropriate team size to support work effort. Contractor shall travel to and from Sioux Falls for services. Including per diem, lodging, vehicle rentals, etc.– Interpretation of regulatory standards which may influence life safety within a hospital.(2) Contact period will be for one year.
