CONS-23110 - USA (Beaumont, Texas) - Professional Construction Inspection and Materials Testing Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional construction inspection and materials testing service to the government authority located in Beaumont, TX.1. Provide a dedicated, full–time inspector on site throughout all active construction. More than one full–time inspector on site may be required at times during construction.2. Provide daily on–site inspection of civil, utility, drainage, and roadway construction activities.3. Verify contractor compliance with plans, specifications, District standards, and applicable codes.4. Observe and document installation of:a. Storm sewer pipes, manholes, culverts, inlets, junctions, and appurtenancesb. Jack and Bore installation of storm sewer within railroad right of wayc. Waterline and sewer line installation, bedding, backfill, pressure testing, and disinfectiond. Asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, sidewalks, driveways, and curb & guttere. Subgrade preparation, lime stabilization (if applicable), base course placement, and compaction5. Observe removal of existing storm sewer and utilities to ensure proper abandonment, handling, and disposal.6. Provide inspection of traffic control, staging, and construction safety practices as applicable.7. Provide inspector daily reports summarizing work accomplished, equipment and manpower on site, weather, deficiencies, and conversations with contractor personnel.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
