Bourbon County School District (the Applicant) seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible sites and its network head-end, located at Bourbon County Board of Education Office, 3343 Lexington Road Paris, KY 40361, beginning July 1, 2027. Sites to be connected to the head-end are listed below: 1. Cane Ridge Elementary- 8000 Martin Luther King Blvd Paris, KY 40361 2. Bourbon Central Elementary- 367 Bethlehem Rd Paris, KY 40361 3. North Middleton Elementary- 301 College Road North Middletown, KY 40357 *At the time of this RFP, service to one or more locations may need to be terminated within the contract period (contract period to include any and all contract extensions). Vendors who respond to this RFP acknowledge they have read and understood this contingency. Your proposal should include pricing options for at least 10 Gbps connections between each endpoint site and the head-end site (at least 10 Gbps at the head-end site), and should allow for service level changes to be made to any location during the term of the contract.
