(1) Vendor needs to provide earthwork services to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA. – Provide all rough grading under asphalt and concrete for off–site street improvements including over excavation and proper compaction to appropriate subgrade elevations.– Provide traffic control for all off–site activities.– Perform all clearing and grubbing, field turf (sod) removal, site ripping, site rough grading, over excavation and proper compaction to appropriate subgrade elevations at asphalt and concrete paving, parking pavement and concrete, fire lanes, play area pavement, concrete flatwork, baseball fields, and landscape areas.– Provide removal of all underground utilities scheduled to be demolished per the plans.– Provide all necessary import or export necessary to bring the site to grade. If export, provide off–site removal of spoils generated from this work.(2) Non–mandatory job walk will be held on July 2, 2026.
