(1) Vendor needs to provide asset data collection services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Data collection must be completed at or near traffic speeds to avoid impeding traffic while ensuring adequate spacing from surrounding traffic to avoid obstructions.• Multiple passes must be employed in areas where obstructions occur to ensure thorough capture of point cloud and imagery data. Any data gaps will be identified, and recommended solutions for those gaps will be provided.• Data file format: Vehicle trajectories data and estimation of accuracy including time, x, y, z, heading, roll, pitch and estimated error of x, y, z, heading, roll, and pitch.• Naming convention of point cloud data files.• Metadata of point cloud files, such as intensity, classification, echo number, etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
