(1) Vendor needs to provide capitol square development project services to the government authority located in Ogden, UT. A. Property Acquisition– Respondent responsible for taking full ownership and maintaining the propertB. Entitlement / Planning– Respondent responsible for completing all entitlement and approvals necessary to complete development in a timely manner.– Development to include market rate for sale product component, where feasible.C. Construction & Sales– Respondent responsible for timely construction of commercial and residential units. This includes submitting for and obtaining all necessary permits needed for construction(2) A Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
