(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday lighting project services to the government authority located in Bartow, FL.– Lighting project aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal, community pride, and economic vitality of our historic downtown and surrounding areas.– This beautification initiative focuses on three core elements: restoring illumination to the city’s antique light posts, installing decorative holiday and seasonal banners or displays on utility poles, and wrapping vibrant string lights around trees in key public spaces.– Wrap all tree trunks from ground level and primary and secondary scaffold limbs wrapped to create a uniform appearance.– Wrap any tree branches and canopy limbs.– Spacing shall be consistent throughout each tree with 6–inch spacing between each strand.– 22 total trees.– Install all City–owned tree sections, framework, support systems, guy wires, anchors, ballast, and related structural components as required.– Furnish any additional hardware, fasteners, electrical accessories, extension cords, timers, controllers, or weatherproof connections necessary for a complete installation.– Coordinate with the city regarding electrical service and final tree placement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
