We are currently under a contract for interenet service. This is for informational purposes.
Slidell ISD is seeking bids for a multi-mode fiber run at appoximatly 190 feet ran inside existing High School. A site visit is not required however if one is needed to bid this project please attend one of the two scheduled visits: October 21st at 10:00am or October 20th at 2:00 PM. Please meet Bert Williams at the High School office. This run will need to be a homerun with no splicing and price must include a connector for our sfp port for switches on both ends. Slidell ISD is also seeking bids for up to 5 Fortinet Fortiap 231K Access Points or equivalent. Price quoted must include a five year license. Slidell ISD is seeking bids for up to 5 network drops these drops must be home runs no splicing with CAT 6e cabling or better. Slidell ISD is also seeking bids for 2 Fortinet Fortiswitch 148F-fpoe model FS-148F-fpoe or equivalent. Price quoted must include a five year license. Slidell ISD will not receive/ evaluate any bids after December 1st 2026. All pricing must include shipping, installation, labeling and testing. The number of access points and drops purchased is dependent upon funding.
