Leon County Courthouse Repair of Fire Damage - Calhoun Street Entrance

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor for repair of fire damage to the Leon County Courthouse at the Calhoun Street entrance alcove in accordance with Attachment A - Construction Plans and Attachment B - Technical Specifications. Work shall include but not be limited to: Removal of stone masonry finishes, furring and attachment systems, storefront door units, suspended stucco ceiling and electrical and lighting fixtures. Clean and reseal floor slab and replace all removed elements and materials. Stone masonry finishes will be replaced with a synthetic stucco system. This work is within entrance alcove only and does not include interior portions of the building. Clean all smoke damage from the exterior stone panels and replace stone panels that were broken. Reseal panels and install sealant around damaged tiles. Clean smoke damaged windows and replaces glazing and gaskets as required.
