(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health intensive residential program services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Successfully implement specialized mental health intensive residential programs to support individuals that require intensive residential supports, supervision, and clinical interventions as they transition to the community from state facilities including inpatient hospitalization and incarceration or to divert from state facilities.– Mental Health Intensive Residential Program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness and complex forensic histories(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.(3) Letter of intent due on July 23, 2026.(4) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(5) The contract period will be for two years.
