Code Compliance Abatement Services

The County of Tuolumne (County) is inviting qualified contractors to submit their qualifications to provide General Nuisance Abatement Services. The purpose of this RFQ is to select and provide a list of the most qualified contractor to provide the related services to the County and be available to bid an contract on specific abatements. There are various areas in Tuolumne County that are in need of nuisance abatement including but not limited to, the demolition and removal of structures and associated debris as well as clean up and removal of solid waste and other forms of junk and waste that create a nuisance. This effort will extend onto various sites throughout Tuolumne County and will range in degree of complexity and attention. The current funding for these needed abatement services is provided from the American Rescue Plan and is anticipated to result in $200,000 being available to address various abatements throughout the County. No guarantee of annual funding is implied.
