RFB 21-09 Mechanical Rooftop Equipment Replacement

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (District) is soliciting written bids from qualified contractors holding a current and valid California State C-20 HVAC contractors’ license (Contractor or Bidder) for the replacement of two (2) existing 130-Ton Trane rooftop packaged units at the District’s administrative headquarters building located at 10545 Armstrong Avenue, Mather, CA 95655 (Project). Contractor shall perform the Project in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, in addition to adhering to all applicable Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/Cal-OSHA) guidelines. This is a public works project and is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) . To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must be registered with the DIR as a Public Works Contractor (PWC) prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. All required contractors’ licenses and Contractor PWC registration statuses shall remain current and valid through the duration of the Project.
