The Parker County Hospital District is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a new helicopter hangar at 200 Sharla Smelley Rd, Weatherford TX 76088. The scope of work involves the following: PCHD Aeromedical Hangar is the construction of a new helicopter hangar and helipad access drive. The PEMB structure will include a single user restroom and office. A complete set of plans, bidding instructions, and bid tabulations will be located at this site. Any revisions, changes, addendums, or updates will be posted to the portal. Bids must be electronically submitted to this portal by Response Submission Date Response Submission Time . Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids that are mailed through USPS, faxed, or hand delivered will not be accepted and returned unopened to vendors. Bids will be opened and read on Friday, April 10, 2026 1:00 pm in the Parker County Hospital District Boardroom at 1130 Pecan Dr, Weatherford, Texas 76086. The Parker County Hospital District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid procedure or bids when such actions are deemed in the best interest of the Hospital District.
