(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance program service to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. – Provide an employee assistance program for agency employees and their immediate families.– Provide diagnostic evaluations, access to both individual and group counseling services (up to 3 sessions of face–to–face consultation; 50 to 60 minutes in duration), referral assistance, crisis intervention, response to workplace trauma (in–person and via telephone), training, informational sessions and printed materials.• Counseling services:– Provide counseling services on a wide range of topics must be readily available throughout the agency.– Various topics/stressors experienced by clients include:– Work– Health– Family– Marriage– Parenting/Child Care– Elder Care– Finances– Legal Services– Drug and alcohol abuse/misuse• Referral assistance:– Referrals to the EAP service can be made three ways: Management Administrative referral, Self–referral and Supervisory referral.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
