(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Viera, FL. – Provide comprehensive investment advisory services.– Manage on a daily basis separate investment portfolio pursuant to the specific, stated investment objectives, district investment policy, state statutes, and bond covenants.– Provide quarterly investment reports including a description of market conditions, investment strategies employed, performance, any suggested changes to investment strategy, and any requirements per the school board’s investment policy.– Provide monthly and yearly statements and reports on investment activity, earnings, and the value of the investment portfolio.
