Vendor needs to provide Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) digital forensics and incident response retainer services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania. – Selected contractors must demonstrate proven capabilities and extensive experience in leading cyber incident response and crisis management efforts, and must be able to deliver comprehensive, end–to–end services that extend beyond basic incident triage and forensic analysis.– The Contractor shall provide a managed, dedicated 24x7x365 Cybersecurity Incident Response Hotline for on‑call support.– The Contractor shall provide secure, encrypted mechanisms for data exchange, communications, and any connectivity required to interact with Amtrak systems or infrastructure.– The Contractor shall be capable of deploying an enterprise, host based incident response and forensic review platform to support investigation of endpoints, servers, and other supported systems within agency’s environment.– The endpoint technology stack shall support rapid acquisition, triage, and forensic analysis of endpoint level artifacts consistent with enterprise scale incident response operations.– The Contractor shall be capable of deploying network based forensic and detection technologies designed to intercept and analyze network traffic traversing between agency’s network and the Internet.– The Contractor shall support on–site and cloud based log ingestion and analysis capabilities designed to detect Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), suspicious patterns, or anomalous activity across enterprise environments.
