EQU-20231 - USA (New Orleans, Louisiana) - Audio and Visual Upgrade Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and visual upgrade services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.– Credenza and table:– 2 Crestron DM–NVX–360 Encoder/Decoders.– 1 Crestron AM–3200–WF.– Q–Sys Core 8 Flex audio processor.– Crestron amplifier.– Video:– The integrator will mount the 9 Samsung VM46B–U monitors to form a 3 x 3 video monitor wall using the Chief mounts as specified; the integrator will provide the strut required. – A DM–NVX–360 will be mounted behind the first display in the chain to provide the video input to the wall.– Audio:– All audio for this system will be managed by the Q–Sys Core 8 Flex processor.– Program audio will be routed using AES67 from the NVX endpoints.– Analog audio will be fed to the Crestron AMP–X50MP amplifier from the Core 8 Flex.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026.
