(1) Vendor needs to provide water sample analysis services to the government authority located in Soldotna, AK.– Testing and reporting.– Sample collection instructions.– Sample containers, coolers, gel ice, shipping labels and sample blanks.– The use of J–flags, level 2 reporting and a minimum detection limit of 3 ppb for arsenic.– 10 business day turnaround on all final reports except: Total coliform bacteria will require 24–hour results processing.– Timely electronic reporting and invoicing to distribution list.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
