CLEANING-13615 - USA (Topeka, Kansas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. • Cleaning as needed during inclement weather which can be billed separately. • Floors shall be swept every cleaning day and shall be free of soil and surface dirt, including areas under obstructions and corners.• Black Marks – Traffic lanes and areas other than traffic lanes will be kept free of excessive black marks.• Vacuuming—Vacuuming performed every cleaning day. All carpet areas including under obstructions, divider panels, along walls and corners shall be free of surface soil, lint, and miscellaneous items such as paper clips and staples.• Window Ledges – All shall be free of dust, trash, and spots.• Dust Mopping/Sweeping—Floor areas including under obstructions and corners shall be free of soil and surface dirt.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
