(1) Vendor needs to provide leachate transport and disposal service to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL. – Providing transportation shall be empty and free of any contaminants that may affect the chemical characteristics of the leachate.– Vehicles at facility within seventy–two hours of the county's notification.– Weather conditions and solid waste operations will affect leachate quantities.– Estimated volume is 96,000 gallons a year.– Schedule for operation for leachate transport and disposal is typically Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Saturday from 7:00 am to 12:00pm.– Emergency action plan for spill prevention or accidental discharge.– Clean up any leachate spills caused.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2026.
