CLEANING-13821 - USA (Albany, New York) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Water, mops and other equipment must be clean. Use proper safety precautions for all floor work.– Daily vacuuming, sweeping or dust mopping to remove dust and dirt tracked into the building.– Damp mop lightly soiled floors as needed with an approved marmoleum neutral cleaner.– Auto scrub as needed with approved pads and cleaners (minimum of 3 times per week).– Bi annual: Clean and strip with approved Forbo Marmoleum product and apply three coats of finish. Work to be scheduled for April and October and done after building is closed.• Tile Floor Maintenance:– Generally cleaned as per specifications.– The bathroom tile floors should be machine scrubbed monthly to keep in good condition.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
