Vendor needs to provide utility replacements services to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA. – Work will include the replacement of approximately 935–feet of 8–inch diameter concrete sanitary sewer main with 12–inch diameter PVC SDR35 sanitary sewer main, construction of approximately 2,190–feet of 12–inch diameter water main and approximately 540–feet of 8–inch diameter water along portions of agency will require night work.
