Services shall include the collection, transportation, and disposal of municipal solid waste and recyclables, seasonal leaf bag collection, and scheduled bulk waste collection in accordance with the specifications outlined in this solicitation. The City intends to award a contract to a vendor capable of providing reliable, efficient, and professional waste management services while maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
