(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency fiber optic network restoration services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA.– Provide emergency restoration services for the county’s existing fiber optic network on a 24–hour–per–day, seven–day–per–week, 365–day–per–year basis.– Emergency fiber optic network restoration services in accordance with the contract documents and each emergency work authorization issued by the county. – Approximately 56 miles of fiber optic backbone– Four (4) two–inch conduits and two four–inch conduits in portions of the network– Two (2) 144–count loose tube fiber cables– Approximately 10 miles of 864 gel filled ribbon fiber cable
