(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless shelters services to the government authority located in Illinois.– The shelter program will support families in moving to appropriate and stable permanent housing while providing them a safe, accessible place to stay in the interim.– This includes ensuring immediate shelter availability to those in need, maintaining highutilization rates to ensure access for all clients needing placement, managing a safe environment that offers voluntary supportive services, and ultimately connecting clients to permanent housing in the way that best suits their needs.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
