Description
The City of Santa Monica's Public Landscape Division is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance services and repairs to water features at various locations across the City. Services required include debris removal, equipment and pump maintenance, aquatic plant maintenance and water treatment. Weekly and annual maintenance services and repairs are needed at: the living pond system at Douglas Park. (3) three water features at Tongva Park (Play Deck Feature, Water Bay Water Feature, Ocean Avenue & Garden Walk Runnel Water Features) (1) one water feature at City Hall’s Ken Genser Town Square (Town Square & Runnel Water Feature) (1) one water feature at the Public Safety Facility (1) one water feature at the Santa Monica Main Library, and (1) one water feature at the Annenberg Community Beach House, as required by the Public Landscape Division. The City is interested in a five (5) year contract. The vendor shall provide and administer specialized services as specifically described in this bid, maintain continuing cooperation with Public Landscape personnel throughout.
