(1) Vendor needs to provide technical campus architectural services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.– Provide selective architectural, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.– Provide all engineering and layout as required to complete this work.– Provide all reinforcement indicated.– Provide all concrete slabs and control joints as indicated.– Provide all required vapor retarder, admixtures etc. – Provide required barricades and temporary signage for this work.– Provide daily cleanup, legal removal and disposal of all rubbish and debris generated by this work.
