(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated enterprise reporting and information management platform. – Provide a commercial off–the–shelf enterprise–level reporting and analytics platform to provide mission critical reporting functions. – Provide a secure, scalable, and standardized reporting and information management solution that supports institutional reporting needs, improves access to data, and enhances data–driven decision making for enrollment management, academic operations, student housing, accreditation, compliance, and executive operations1. Provide all labour, software, licensing/subscription, implementation, and support services necessary to deliver a fully functional enterprise reporting platform:• Software licensing or subscription services• System implementation and configuration• Integration with State–authorized data sources and systems• Security and role–based access configuration• Knowledge transfer and training• Maintenance and ongoing support services2. Functional requirements:• Enterprise–level reporting and dashboard functionality• Self–service reporting capabilities for authorized users• Scheduling engine for automated report scheduling and distribution• Ad hoc query, drill–down, and data visualization tools• Build drag–and–drop dashboards, schedule report delivery, and automate exports.• Authorized lander users shall be able to create and modify standard reports without requiring SQL programming knowledge.• Seamless Integration with multiple data sources (e.g., financial, HR, operational systems)• Role–based security consistent with regulations, best practices, and State data governance standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
