(1) Vendor needs to provide special tax counsel service to the government authority located in Charlestown, MA. – Provide services of special tax counsel and technical legal counsel.   • Special tax counsel:– Assist the agency in evaluating and analyzing proposed legislation both on a state and federal level, assist in federal filings, and provide legal advice regarding tax laws in general.• Technical legal counsel:– Develop and implement an update to agency web–based pension administration system, which is agency’s web–based, mission–critical benefits administration system.– Agency seeks the services of legal counsel to assist in the negotiating, drafting, interpreting and enforcing of agreements associated with this project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
