Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bid is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Invitation for Bid . This is an existing 10" well that is currently flowing. This well needs to be abandoned following SFWMD procedures for well abandonment.
