(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Piscataway, NJ. – Empty all waste and recycling receptacles at the end of the cleaning period.– Collect recyclable materials from receptacles as needed, but at least weekly, and remove to a designated area.– Dust and remove marks from cleared i.e., free from objects or work in process areas of furniture tops, vacant shelves, sills and ledges. – Spot clean glass in doors, partitions, windows and displays.– Spot clean doors, kick plates, push plates, walls and cubicle partitions with cloth or sponge wet with detergent solution in a plastic spray bottle.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21,2026
