CONS-23066 - USA (North Kingstown, Rhode Island) - Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Design Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Architectural and Engineering (A&E) design services to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI. – The project scope will involve architectural and engineering services including, but not limited to, construction area survey; coordination with Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) and other State agencies for approvals; environmental permitting; project design and engineering; construction document preparation (for State bid); cost estimating; bidding phase services; limited construction administration through project close out; and provision of complete “record drawing“ documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
