(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal bills printing and mailing service to the government authority located in Dracut, MA. – Provide printing, processing, and mailing of municipal billing notices, including real estate, personal property, trash, sewer, and boat excise bills. 1. Billing volumes, frequency and annual totals:• Real Estate Bills– Approximately 46,966 bills (+/–) annually– Issued quarterly– July, October, January and April• Personal Property Bills– Approximately 1,500 bills (+/–) annually– Issued quarterly– July, October, January and April• Trash Bills– Approximately 40,00 bills (+/– 500) annually– Issued quarterly– February, May, August and November• Sewer Bills– Approximately 38,000 bills (+/– 500) annually– Issued quarterly – February, May, August and November2. Product specifications:– Data files for Real Estate, Personal Property, Trash, and Sewer bills are provided in .txt format– Real Estate: five files per billing, one zipped– Personal Property: three files per billing– Sewer bills: transmitted as a compressed (zipped) folder, may require mapping/conversion from vadar technology tabular data(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
