Back and Side Ditch Easement Clearing

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide back and side lot ditch easement clearing for various locations within the City of Newport News as identified in this IFB.
