LEGAL-17755 - USA (Cupertino, California) - State Legislative Advocacy Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide state legislative advocacy services to the government authority located in Cupertino, CA.– Provide legislative support services at the state level. – Consultant will assist in developing and implementing the City’s legislative strategy and advocacy plan as well as providing progress reports and tracking legislation. – Strategic and comprehensive approach to provide state government relations and lobbying services.– Provide electronic reports, such as summaries, analysis, bill language, amendments, matrices, and committee analysis prior to the meeting(s). – Consultant will prepare reports and materials for upcoming Council meeting, attend meeting (in person or via zoom as agreed to) and be available for questions. – Consultant will deliver the signed bill position letter to relevant Legislators and stakeholders. – Create engaging ideas to provide Legislative wrap–up information to Council and community for a City Council meeting in December. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
