(1) Vendor needs to provide sanitation marketing, communications, brand cohesion and recycling behaviour change support services.– Gather information from qualified firms, agencies, and consultants regarding available approaches, qualifications, implementation models, and estimated costs for a comprehensive sanitation marketing and recycling outreach initiative– Develop and release a future solicitation for professional services to revamp sanitation marketing and communications materials, establish a cohesive brand and messaging system for sanitation programs and services, and strengthen recycling outreach through a behavior–change strategy supported by print, digital, community, and compliance–related education materials– Create a cohesive visual identity, tone, structure, and message structure for agency Sanitation programs and services while aligning with applicable City brand standards– Develop reusable templates, style guidance, editable source files, and staff–friendly systems that allow DPW to update and deploy future materials efficiently.– Develop a recycling behavior–change strategy that encourages participation, correct recycling, and contamination reduction.– Create compliance–related education materials that are accurate, resident–friendly, and aligned with City ordinance and agency procedures.– Support community partner outreach, targeted messaging, and measurable campaign implementation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
