(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in St. Dunn, NC.  – Clean and shine all chrome fixtures including drinking fountains and molding.– Spot clean all surfaces including entrance areas and glass partitions.– Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen.– Damp wipe and polish all chrome surfaces.– Vacuum all carpeted floors.– Shampoo all carpet.       – Empty all trashcans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) A mandatory pre–proposal site visit will be held on August 17, 2026.
