(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage and benefit consulting services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. • Basic Insurance Broker and Consulting Services– Preparation of an annual marketing plan for the procurement of property and casualty insurance to include the outlining of goals and objectives, market trends, coverage specification, markets to be assessed, estimate of premium cost, timeline for placement, information needs from the Authority and anticipated results.– Provide consultation and technical advice in identifying and evaluating exposures to loss, including review of coverage types, terms, limits, and exclusions.– Provide consultation, advice, and recommendations regarding appropriate insurance requirements for Authority solicitations and agreements on an as–needed basis.• Other Services, Benefits related– Provide Benefit–related reports, including but not limited to cost/trend analyses, benchmarking analyses, plan utilization and performance analyses and cost sharing analyses on a regular or as needed basis. – Provide employee benefits, health and wellness education, tools, resources, and other support through a variety of methods, such as email communications, intranet content, consultant–created microsite, posters, flyers, newsletters, brochures, plan documents and in–person and virtual seminars/meetings. – Provide support with responding to employee benefits inquiries, regulatory compliance inquiries from HR and all customary benefit related functions not explicitly stated. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on October 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
