(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing officer services for manufactured home space rent adjustments to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA.– Serve as Hearing Officer(s) for Manufactured Home Space Rent Adjustment Appeal Hearings– City’s Hearing Officer–led process to adjudicate issues related to annual space rent adjustments is to provide a mechanism to hear issues in a manner that is timely and fair to the Park Residents, the Park Owners, and to the City– To execute the process in a way that is impartial and free from any perception of bias; and to administer the provisions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
