(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Fountain, CO. – Project Scoping and Cost Estimation:• Refine the location, size, and capacity requirements of potential roadways and drainage infrastructure.• Confirm alignment with public right–of–way and determine locations for necessary additional right–of–way or drainage easements.– Studies, Construction Documents and Specification Preparation:• Design professional may create a final drainage report as well as a working set of drainage construction plans to ensure proper drainage from proposed sites and roadways in conformance with latest edition of the drainage criteria manual.– Traffic Impact Studies:• Design professional would conduct traffic impact studies for existing or proposed roadway infrastructure and corridors within the city.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
