(1) Vendor needs to provide literacy coaching, training and development service to the government authority located in GA.– Agency investments in literacy reform, including funding literacy coaches in schools serving kindergarten through third grade and strengthening regional coaching support.– The Supplier will assist the Center in addressing a key ingredient to program success: assessing each literacy coach's competency in the science of reading and coaching practice, identifying specific gaps, and delivering targeted training to address them.– The Supplier will assist the Center with establishing a statewide infrastructure with institutions of higher education to partner with school districts to ensure preservice and inservice teachers are aligned in designing, delivering, and evaluating literacy instruction.– This training must include evidence–based practices related to Phonological Awareness, Phonics, Fluency, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and writing instruction.– Deliver ongoing, community–embedded professional learning for literacy coaches across the state. Collaborate with regional literacy specialists to provide continuous training tailored to gaps identified through coach competency assessments and classroom student data, strengthening coaches' diagnostic and instructional skills.– Provide metrics that demonstrate return on state literacy investments.
