(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at–risk services to the government authority located in Spring Hill, TN. – Develop a comprehensive construction management plan for the construction phase services.– Provide support to design engineer for value engineering concepts.– Support the design engineer in developing the project design.– Prepare and maintain preconstruction phase and construction phase schedules.– Construction phase services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
