BANKING-9106 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Bank Reconciliation Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bank reconciliation services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.         – Provide to satisfy the majority of the immediate and future bank reconciliation needs.– A broad range of treasury and financial services, including cash management, banking operations, debt management, investment management, unclaimed property administration, risk management, and financial reporting.– Banking operations involve the reconciliation of multiple accounts and transaction types across various financial institutions and state financial systems.– These activities support the accurate recording of receipts, disbursements, electronic payments, wire transfers, investments, and other treasury transactions. – Timely and accurate bank reconciliation is critical to ensuring financial integrity, supporting audit requirements, identifying exceptions, and maintaining effective cash management practices.– Provide functionality equivalent to or better than agency current environment while improving automation, efficiency, auditability, reporting, security, and sustainability. – Supplier shall deliver a complete end–to–end solution, including software, configuration, integrations, migration, data conversion, testing, training, documentation, reporting, production deployment, go–live support, maintenance, and ongoing technical support.(2) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on July 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(4) The contract period will be three years.
