(1) Vendor needs to provide professional legal services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ. – Provide various forms of legal services, • Representation of the agency in matters involving construction law, construction contract disputes and claims to be asserted by the agency due to building or fire code violations.• Complex general litigation.• Representation of the agency in federal and state environmental law and related peosha and regulatory matters including green acres related matters.• Finance and contractual matters involving local land and building law and state and federal laws and regulations pertinent to funding for social and health programs connected to services provided by the agency specifically as to medicare and medicaid and procurement issues under the local public contracts law.• Bond counsel.• To investigate and evaluate allegations of sexual and workplace harassment, hostile work environment and discrimination against the agency.• Condemnation and eminent domain matters.• Special counsel to the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
