(1) Vendor needs to provide property and comprehensive general liability insurance service to the government authority located in Steelton, PA. • Property insurance:– Coverage shall apply to all real properties and contents owned by the agency.– These properties consist primarily of multiple family and elderly dwelling units, but also may include no dwelling buildings and equipment, including, storage sheds, offices, garages, office equipment, computer equipment, building materials and supplies on job sites, and other items incidental to the operation of the agency.• Comprehensive general liability insurance:– The policy shall include independent contractors, products and completed operations, contractual liability and personal injury. – A claims–made policy form is not acceptable.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
