(1) Vendor needs to provide American with disabilities act (ADA) transition plan service to the government authority located in Woodburn, OR. • Self–evaluation: A comprehensive listing of exterior and interior features that may limit accessibility at locations where members of the public access or engage in City programs, activities and services, along with evaluation of City services, programs and activities generally to ensure meaningful access• Procedure evaluation: Review of required processes, such as ADA Public Notice and Grievance procedures or Requests for Accommodation, etc. needing update or implementation, as applicable.• Methods to remove barriers: A detailed description of how to make facilities accessible, including to: sidewalks, crosswalks, public walkways, facilities, and city programs and services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 25, 2026.
