(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Spot cleaning of walls, doors, and partitions.– Cleaning and disinfection of cots, treatment chairs, and furniture.– Floors are clean and free of visible debris, dust, spills, soil, and contaminants.– Chairs, furnishings, and reception areas are clean and presentable.– Clean mirrors and dispensers.– Clean partitions and walls. – Interior glass cleaning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
